Any instructions regarding the order including but not limited to delivery, stitching, feedback, contents are to be given via email at the following addresses. In order to safeguard the customer interests and for proper record keeping, any correspondence made via call can be deemed void. The customer may be asked to send an email in order to back up the required changes or for feedback.
Service charges and Exchange rates
Bushra Zahoor Store uses a 3rd party payment processor (2checkout) to receive payments via PayPal since PayPal is not active in Pakistan. The exchange rates are at the behest of the payment processor and are beyond our control. Bushra Zahoor Store will not be held liable nor accept any claims with regards to the exchange rate once the customer chooses the option Mastercard/ Visa/ PAYPAL on our website.
Payment for 2Checkout is accepted in US Dollars only. Payment via 2Checkout is done at no additional cost (unless the customer selects a currency other than USD). 2CO includes a credit card/debit card and PayPal. The customer has an option to convert the currency while on the 2Checkout website but currency conversion charges are applied. The conversion rates at the 2CO website are not set by us and cannot be undone once paid.
Habib Bank Limited (HBL Payment Gateway)
Payment done via HBL will be at an additional 2.9% Bank charges which is added in the invoice total. Through HBL customer has an option to pay in PKR without any other charges or exchange rates application. Customer also has an option to pay in other currencies as well, in that case, conversion charges may apply. The conversion rate at HBL portal is not set by us and cannot be undone once paid.
If the customer asks for a refund for orders paid via option 2CO/HBL without any error on the part of Sanaulla, a 5% service charge on the refund amount will be applied.
Shipment and Delivery
Our shipping timing for order delivery within PAKISTAN is 2-4 working days from the order processing date. For International Customers the delivery time is between 4 to 7 working days. In case if the product is on prebook, we mention the order processing date at the product page. In case if there is a delay in launch, the new order processing date is communicated via email
The delivery time for stitched articles is subjective and is clearly mention at the checkout page and order invoice. Also, there can be unexpected delivery delays due to customs clearance. The delay can go up to 4-6 working days.
Exchange and Return policy
- Bushra Zahoor Store will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Bushra Zahoor Store will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer. Bushra Zahoor Store is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. Bushra Zahoor Store will bear the shipping costs on defective/wrong merchandise only.
- Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 14 days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- Bushra Zahoor Store reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice.
Pricing and Quantity
In the event of a pricing update by the brand, after an order is placed, Bushra Zahoor Store reserves the right to update prices on its website and in orders that have already been placed by customers. In such an instance the customers who have already placed the order will be notified regarding the change.
Bushra Zahoor Store reserves the right to restrict product quantities depending upon the availability of stock once an order is placed. In such an instance the customer will be informed regarding the change.
Accuracy of Content
Bushra Zahoor Store has carefully prepared the content of this website, in particular, to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. The packaging of a product may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions, and capacities given are approximate only. The colors of a product that appear on our website are as accurate as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor/mobile screen. We cannot guarantee that your monitor/mobile screen’s display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery.
Acceptance of the order
The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an Email confirming the contents of your order and satisfying the record prerequisites.
Bushra Zahoor Store tries its level best to make deliveries in the most reasonable time possible. However order deliveries may be delayed in case of certain unexpected situations; Bushra Zahoor Store does not assume any responsibility for delayed deliveries, though it does everything in its power to avoid them. If there are delays from the supplier/brand, Bushra Zahoor Store Store will inform it’s customers via email about the expected delay and new order processing date.
